✅ Fleet itinerary tracking with Google Maps integration – Helping them optimize delivery routes plotted using the locations gathered from the mobile app and reduce fuel costs.
✅ Sales performance tracking – The owner gained insights into sales team performance, allowing them to measure effectiveness, set realistic targets, and improve overall sales strategies.
Late 2022: Scaling Up
With growing demand, they acquired a larger land and built a bigger warehouse, allowing them to serve 1,200+ customers across South Luzon.
